Jocelynne has been watching Baby Signing Time and loves to sign "more." She signs it to mean "I want to eat" as well as "I want to keep eating." She uses the signs "to eat" and "milk" less consistently, but it sure is cute when she does. After a year of watching her poop and drool, it's rewarding to see signs of intelligence.
She delights in taking off her shoes, socks, and pulling out her hair clips. Too often she's a barefoot, spiky-haired wild child. She's also developed a fondness for spitting out her food. Ever since she started drinking milk from a bottle, she has a small appetite and won't eat vegetables.
Landon is enjoying a light course load at school. He spends a lot of time working on his thesis, fulfilling his calling, and playing with Jocelynne. I enjoy my pet chickens, working my one day a week, and meddling in my relief society sisters' affairs. Of course my greatest joy comes from being a mom.
