The kids are enjoying the Christmas season and keep their eyes peeled on outings for lights and decorations. When I asked Chloe what she wanted for Christmas she replied, "Presents." Tonight when Landon asked Chloe not to giggle during the prayer she replied, "Quack." Apparently her speech comes and goes.
Jocelynne supplies Chloe with words a lot of the time. She tells Chloe exactly what to say, and then Joss responds. These conversations Jocelynne orchestrates are usually on the dramatic side, and Chloe is a pretty good actress.
Tristan's favorite pastime is books. He'll frequently bring me stacks of books and then grunt as he tries to make the sign for "read." He's surprisingly patient as I read each page. Then he'll sign "more" when I finish with the stack. Besides books, Tristan's into soaking things (hairbrushes, towels, toilet paper) in the bathroom sink and wrestling with Daddy.
