Landon and I had our first Karate lesson yesterday. The bishop is a second degree black belt (I don't know what the degree means, probably has something to do with how much pain he can inflict) and likes to teach people in the ward. It'll be fun to practice on each other. :)
Landon finally got his Father's Day gift this week - a canary. It's not old enough to sing yet, but it still manages to be noisy. Landon's thrilled. He also got 2 new finches. We live in a zoo. My pets, the chickens, are big and beautiful now. We cut their wings yesterday. It was scary to help Landon corner them so he could hold them down. I kept thinking they'd run right at me.
Not much new with Jocelynne. She likes to bite my nose - that's her new favorite thing. She has a unique sense of humor. Last night we had another baby over, and none of the things that make Jocelynne laugh moved him to even crack a smile. It's weird that babies think different things are funny.
