Jocelynne's new word is "yeah." When I ask her something she's agreeable to, like "Do you want some breakfast?", then she'll reply in a high voice, "yeah." It's adorable. She's also learned how to touch her nose and her toes and put her hands above her head. Some less adorable behaviors include hitting and biting. We've started giving her 10 second time-outs, but she finds them amusing most of the time. She probably thinks we just want to hold her and teach her to count. Her favorite book right now is "Goodnight Moon." Whenever we get to the page with a picture of the bowl full of mush Jocelynne says, "Mmmmmmm."
Landon will be getting his pheasants in 2 weeks -- about 50 of them! Although he wanted them in our backyard, we decided that our neighbors have been lenient enough in allowing us to keep our chickens.
I'm in maternity clothes now and beginning to look pregnant. I'm sure the relief society sisters were trying to decide today whether I'm expecting or if I just enjoyed the holidays.
