Pictures: Overwhelmed Mother and Her Litter; Darth Daddy and Tristan Bug
Joss and Chloe didn't say "Trick or treat" while begging for candy at the ward's Trunk or Treat last night. Landon says they were shy and speechless, but just held out their bags pitifully in their lion and tiger costumes. (I was handing out candy at our car while Landon took them around.) They did roar periodically, however. It was Tristan's bad luck to inherit the ladybug costume this year. So precious. I won an award for my "costume" at the ward activity. I told them I wasn't dressed up. :)
The girls were intrigued with the neighbor's Halloween decorations. A motion-activated skeleton captivated Chloe in particular. It's eyes blazed red and eerie sounds erupted from a speaker. She wouldn't even blink, perhaps not to miss anything or perhaps to be sure it stayed far away from her.
Landon got a calling a couple of weeks ago. He's the priest quorum advisor and teaches the 16-18 year old boys on Sundays. He got home from church today enthusiastic about his young men. Joss came home with an assignment for her first talk. Chloe is loving nursery and is doing well with wearing panties to church. She's even ditched the overnight diapers.

oh cute! happy halloween!!
Wow. Undies already for Chloe? And no overnight diapers? Lucky girl. Paul still wears a pull up most nights, but he is down to one (daytime) accident every couple of weeks. Your "costume" is hilarious. I didn't dress up this year. Although I could have sported last year's witch costume with the pot-belly that said "little brew" on it. ;) But, I'm not ready for any kind of big announcement, especially when Jesi is pretty much spreading the word faster than the swine flu.
funny costumes lol
