Mini Winter

Finn chills in the dryer, enjoying a space that is just his size.

Dane rocks his Purdue hat in front of some corn. The City of West Lafayette may want to steal this photo for their city brochure.

Our "costumes" this year.  With the coats they needed to wear to trick or treat in the snow, it didn't really matter what was underneath anyway.

Finn, 22 months old

What is it with toddlers and chapstick?  It's not even flavored.

This is how Dane ran into my room after I shouted that everyone was to get ready for family pictures.  There were many tears shed and bribes made (including the promise of taking this photo to show how great he looked) before he would change into regular clothes.

Super selfie

Dane and Finn wrestle with Jack, Dane's toddler friend who comes over to play a few times a month.

It's Fall in Indiana, which means gorgeous red and yellow leaves and dried out cornfields ready to harvest.  I've already started wearing thermals underneath my clothes and sipping herbal tea. Although autumn is beautiful, it signals the death of summer so I can't like it.  It's really just a mini winter before the big winter.
