Jocelylnne hasn't had an an accident in 3 days! She has even been dry overnight and during naps. We're running out of Skittles to give out as rewards, and I'm wondering at what point she won't expect to be rewarded every time she tinkles.
Jocelynne's euphemisms have made me laugh today. When she said, "Mom, look at the butterfly on my nose!", I quickly brushed a biting fly off of her face. Another time she said, "Mom, there's a bee swimming in the pool." It was really an earwig drowning.
Chloe is still waking up twice a night to nurse. I'm starting to run out of milk, but she balks when I bring her a bottle. She's getting 2 teeth on top now to match her bottom pair. She scored a new high on the gross-o-meter today when I fished a red, leggy insect out of her mouth. She likes to play peek-a-boo and she likes to be twirled around. She has started standing unsupported for a few seconds at a time, but has not attempted any steps.
Landon will be home from Costa Rica tomorrow, which will be a nice break for Mommy. I was released as Relief Society President on Sunday, and Landon was called to be the first counselor in the Sunday School Presidency. I'm hoping to be called as a Relief Society greeter.
